VIP Competition Terms and Conditions

Plumblink SA (Pty) Ltd "WIN A MAHINDRA PICKUP BAKKIE" COMPETITION - TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1.    Organizer: This competition is organised and managed by Plumblink SA (Pty) Ltd.
2.    Who Can Enter: Entry is open to all VIP account holders who spend a minimum of R60,000 (excluding VAT) between 1st November 2024 and 31st October 2025. Only one entry per entity/person is allowed, regardless of spending over the minimum amount. 
3.    Exclusions: Directors, employees, agents, consultants, and their immediate family members, as well as any promotional partners, suppliers, or affiliates associated with Plumblink SA (Pty) Ltd, are not eligible to participate in this competition.
4.    Competition Period: The competition runs from 1st November 2024 to 31st October 2025. Entries submitted after midnight on 31st October 2025 will not be considered.
5.    How to Participate: To enter, VIP account holders must spend a minimum of R60,000 (excluding VAT) with Plumblink during the competition period.
6.    Prize and Winner Regions: One grand prize of a “Mahindra Pickup” Bakkie will be awarded. The competition is open to VIP account holders across South Africa, with the winner chosen randomly.
7.    Winner Announcement: The winner will be drawn on 15th November 2025, contacted telephonically, and invited to attend the grand prize-giving ceremony. Results will also be posted on Plumblink's website, www.plumblink.co.za, and Facebook page by 16th November 2025.
8.    Credit Terms: To be eligible for the prize, winners must not be in default on any credit terms with Plumblink. This applies to all purchases made during the competition period.
9.    Attendance and Representation: Winners are encouraged to attend the prize-giving ceremony but may appoint a representative in writing if they are unable to attend. The outcome of the prize-giving is final and binding.
10.    Registration: Winners are responsible for vehicle registration and any associated costs.
11.    Vehicle Source and Warranty: The vehicle prize will be sourced exclusively through Bidvest McCarthy Motors and will include standard service and warranty agreements provided by Mahindra South Africa. 
12.    Marketing Participation: Winners may be asked to participate in marketing activities, including photo sessions, for promotional purposes.
13.    Prize Restrictions: The prize is not exchangeable for cash or any other alternative.
14.    Entry Validity: Incorrect, incomplete, or unclear information provided by entrants may result in disqualification.
15.    Technical Failures: Plumblink SA (Pty) Ltd and its partners will not be liable for any technical failures affecting entry validity.
16.    Prize Substitution: Plumblink SA (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of the same commercial value if necessary.
17.    Competition Modification: Plumblink SA (Pty) Ltd may amend, cancel, or withdraw any aspect of this competition at any time without notice. Participants agree that Plumblink will not be held liable for any injury, loss, or disappointment resulting from participation in this competition.
18.    Force Majeure: Plumblink SA (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to extend, suspend, or alter the competition period if deemed necessary for operational or public reasons, with due notice to participants.
19.    Termination of Competition: The competition may be terminated for reasons including changes in legislation or other compelling circumstances. Notice of termination will be posted on Plumblink's website, and participants waive any rights of recourse against Plumblink in such an event.
20.    Rule Amendments: Plumblink reserves the right to amend competition rules at any time, with changes taking effect immediately or on a specified date. Participants will have no recourse against Plumblink for such alterations.
21.    Prize Acceptance: Winners accept the prize at their own risk. A form of acceptance will be signed upon claiming the prize.
22.    Limitation of Liability: Plumblink SA (Pty) Ltd is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from the use or transportation of the prize. Any recourse for product defects lies with the manufacturer.
23.    Judges’ Decision: The judges’ decision is final; no correspondence will be entered into.
24.    Acceptance of Terms: By entering this competition, participants agree to these terms and conditions. They may also consent to future promotional communications and publication of their details.
