Payment Process

Step 1

Fill your Basket

Browse our online store and add the products you want to your shopping cart.

Step 2

  1. When you’ve finished shopping, click on your Shopping Cart and check your selection is correct.
  2. Select a region in the Shipping section, then click 'Proceed to Checkout'.
  3. Sign in or sign up (if you are a new user) and capture your payment and delivery details.
  4. Ensure you have read the Terms and Conditions and ticked the appropriate box at the bottom right of the page.
  5. Click ‘Checkout’ and the Receipt page will appear.

Please note:

We accept credit cards and EFT payments.

Transactions paid via EFT will be released upon receiving proof of payment (POP). POP can be emailed to or faxed to 011 8057748.

Plumblink undertakes to do everything possible to ensure the secure and timeous delivery of all your purchases.

Step 3

Await Confirmation

Wait to receive an email confirming your order number.

Step 4

A standard fee of R200 will be charged when completing your transaction online.

Lead time is dependent on stock availability. Should we have stock available, orders will be dispatched within 48 hours provided payment is validated.

Plumblink representatives will contact you via email or telephonically and provide a revised shipping schedule if we don’t have stock.
